THE SLOUGH WOULD LOVE TO PLAY FOR YOU!
Whether you're an individual looking for a foot-stompin' band for your upcoming reception, class reunion, or company party, a brew-pub or winery looking for a popular regional band to bring bodies to your business, or a promoter looking for a top quality opening act for your night club or theater gig, your search is over.
OUR SET UP
We love what we do and are so easy to work with, providing our own sound system. From mikes, and mixing boards, to cables and chords, we are fully self-contained. We use in-ear monitors, eliminating the need (and attendant noise) for stage monitors.
Our power needs are equally venue friendly. Our entire setup including all amplification can be run on two standard 15-amp 120 Volt circuits. For outdoor venues, if needed, we can provide our own generated power.
To provide space to offer the best possible show, we prefer a stage size of 18ft wide x 12ft deep or larger (space is our friend!). That said, we'd love to play for you and can still get the crowd boppin' with a minimum of 12 feet wide x 8 feet deep.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Prices are negotiable (within reason), adjustable as per our travelling or other unique expenses. Our guitarist, Grant Mellor also handles our booking (so, no management expenses!), and our substantial on-line presence (web site, Facebook, Instagram, and fan club e-mailing) also provides an added, wide-reaching promotional benefit for your venue and our gig!
